Our next event will be helpful to those of you who are looking for jobs at community agencies. We're meeting at C4, one of the largest agencies in the city. Our panelist will discuss their journey and their views on the current state of community mental health in Chicago.
If you are not familiar with community mental health agencies this will be a useful event for you! Contact Josh Hetherington if you have any questions about the event.

Spring Meeting Wed Jun 16 5:30-6:30 at Northeastern University with Dr. Sara Schwarzbaum
I hope everyone came away from the annual conference feeling enriched. It's time for our spring meeting.
We've decided to switch the day of the Chapter meeting to Wednesday to try to fit into more members schedules. I hope this is helpful. The last few chapter meetings have rotated through various training programs across the city to provide some of our newer student members an easy opportunity to see what we're all about.
The next meeting will be on Wednesday June 16 from 5:30-6:30 at Northeastern University, 5500 N. St. Louis Avenue/LWH 4053, Chicago IL 60625
Dr. Schwarzbaum will discuss her work with couples. The talk is titled: "How to Spot a Bad Couples Therapist"
RSVP to Josh Hetherington at Jhetherington.lmft@gmail.com to secure your spot at the talk.
1 CEU will be available for $10. Please join us and help support our MFT community.
